Buildly provides an AI-assisted software building service. You describe your idea in plain words; our AI agent plans, builds, tests, and delivers a software project package to you.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed per the plan shown at checkout. AI credits are consumed per project size as shown during the brief approval step. Unused credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
You own 100% of the code and materials delivered to you. You may use, modify, sell, or deliver them to your own clients.
You may not use Buildly to build software that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others, including malware, spam tools, or systems designed to deceive.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildly's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
