You may cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial months, but you keep full access until the period ends.
If you cancel within the first 14 days of a yearly subscription, you receive a full refund. After that, refunds are not available, but your plan continues until the end of the paid year.
Consumed AI credits are not refundable. If the agent fails to deliver due to a platform error, we restore the credits charged for that build.
